Shipping Policy
Normally, orders that have to be produced first are shipped within 7 business days of purchase (up to 14 days in festive seasons). In many cases, items are sent earlier, but I allow this timeframe to ensure everything is handled without stress. If the purchased item is ready to ship (it is mentioned in the listing for one-of-a-kind pieces or for particular size) then it's shipped within 1-2 business days.
Please note, that no shipments are made on weekends.
Delivery within the UK:
- Orders below £150 are normally shipped via Royal Mail Second Class (2-4 business days) - £3.65.
- Free shipping for all orders over £150 via Royal Mail Second Class (2-4 business days).
- Next day delivery is available for £4.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 24®.
Shipping to Ukraine:
Shipments are sent every two weeks. You only pay for domestic shipping within Ukraine, international shipping is free. Sometimes I manage to make the delivery completely free for Ukrainians, but that's not guaranteed.
Shipping to the EU & EEA, UAE, AU, NZ: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Shipping to the USA & Canada: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
There is NO shipping to Russia & Israel.
Customs & Duties
Duties & taxes are already included in the price of the product, so you don't have to worry about it.
