Made for everyday use, our naturally dyed linen towel works just as well for drying dishes and hands, wiping kitchen surfaces, covering fresh bread, or serving as a simple table textile.
Each towel is handmade by me from 100% linen, finished with 100% cotton thread, and hand-dyed by our partner Tanya Robinson, using colours derived from nature: vegetable peelings, wild and cultivated plants, and natural pigments. They are colourfast and beautiful.
NATURALLY DYED
The colours shown here were created using walnut leaves, cutch, and avocado skins, resulting in shades of Beige, Blush Pink, Dusty Pink (Dusty Rose), and Dusty Lavender (Mauve)
Natural dyeing is a slow process, and nature never produces the same result twice. Differences in tone, depth and pigment distribution are a natural part of the process. We see these variations not as imperfections, but as part of what makes each piece special.
We use cotton thread to finish our towels, so the stitching takes the dye along with the linen. This creates a beautifully tonal finish, with the seams becoming part of the colour rather than standing apart.

Care instructions
Linen garments
Linen is a natural, breathable fabric that gets softer and more beautiful with every wash. With a little care, it will last you for years. Here’s how to look after it:
- Machine wash at 30–40°C on a gentle cycle
- Use mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
- Wash similar colors together and don’t overload the machine
- Treat stains gently with mild soap and cool water
- Air dry or tumble dry on low heat; remove while slightly damp
- Iron while damp on medium heat for a crisp look, or leave naturally wrinkled
- Linen softens with every wash, no need for fabric softeners.
Wool garments:
- Hand wash in cool water or use a gentle wool cycle
- Use mild wool detergent
- If very dirty, let it soak for a while in cool water with a wool detergent, then press out the water gently and transfer to the washing machine
- Do not wring, only press out water gently
- Dry flat, away from heat or sunlight
- Steam or iron on low if needed.
Cotton garments:
- Machine wash warm or cold
- Use mild detergent
- Tumble dry low or line dry
- Iron on medium to high heat if needed
- Avoid bleach to keep colors bright.
